Registration Rates
Please note that the Early Bird registration deadline is
24 October 2011. Registrations submitted after that date and
registrations at the conference itself will be charged at the highest rate.
It is possible to purchase tickets for the conference dinner for guests but
please be aware that it is subject to availability
since there are limited seats and full conference delegates will be given
priority over guests.
